Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es g\u00fcnstiger ist, komplett neue Schulen einzurichten, als damit zu leben, dass vielleicht mal nicht die optimale Auslastung erreicht wird. Weniger Sch\u00fcler pro Klasse bek\u00e4men der Unterrichtsqualit\u00e4t bestimmt nicht schlecht. Nicht die Menge, die Art und Weise.
